We come in as part of your team, as a variable cost, either to help with overflow or substitute for an internal UX researcher role. We start with extensive planning, to properly understand your global research objectives or upcoming projects. We then work in with your with timings and requirements to develop a research plan that has impact.
We work closely with you to create a test plan that directly talks back to your testing objectives. We also independently test this plan before it goes out for testing, helping to ensure we uncover the right answers to your questions.
Testers will complete their tasks and we will record their screen as they talk aloud and naturally work through your website. At the end testers will also complete a written survey where we can get more specific answers to your questions or bring attention to certain aspects of the experience.
We then analyse the user videos and written surveys, carefully annotating and categorising all of the data. We then produce succinct reports which talk directly to questions you are looking to answer, with the data to back it up.
We provide actionable findings and recommendations on how to solve any major issues.
